Authorized use
SecOps is for authorized customer administrators, supervisors, guards, support users, and approved reviewers. Users must follow their employer's policies and only access accounts, sites, routes, and reports they are permitted to use.
Attempting to bypass access controls, scrape operational data, expose checkpoint payloads, or use another person's account is prohibited.
Operational limits
SecOps is not an emergency dispatch service, alarm-monitoring center, law-enforcement system, or substitute for required site procedures.
During pilot and TestFlight use, features may change, be unavailable, or operate with limited support. The service is provided as-is to the extent allowed by law and by the applicable customer agreement.
Customer administrator responsibilities
Customer administrators are responsible for configuring users, sites, checkpoints, route expectations, permissions, notices, training, and device policies.
Customers must ensure they have the right to collect and process work-related scan, location, device, schedule, time clock, and alert data for their personnel and sites.
Security and support
Report suspected unauthorized access, lost devices, exposed credentials, or support escalations to support@thesecops.app.
Do not share passwords, raw checkpoint payloads, app keys, or private customer evidence through public channels.
